Perty Grissett serves as Vice President of National Operations and West Coast for Total District Solutions, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across operations, customer service, workforce management, technology, sales, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, transformed underperforming operations, and developed scalable systems that support service excellence and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Total District Solutions, Perty held senior operational leadership roles within the Business Improvement District industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for a national BID provider. His responsibilities included operational execution, workforce performance, fiscal management, labor compliance, client relations, account transitions, and the launch of new programs nationwide. He also developed standardized workflows, onboarding frameworks, and national training programs for managers and frontline employees.
Perty's leadership style is grounded in accountability, integrity, service, and relationship-building. At Total District Solutions, he is responsible for overseeing West Coast operations while supporting the company's national account launches, operational standards, client relationships, and continued expansion.
Perty earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. He serves on the Board of the California Downtown Association.
